1. First of all open the Gmail main page by Clicking Here.
2. You will see a page like shown below.Click on the Create Account Button.
3. After you click on the button Create Account,you will redirect to a new page like this.
4. Choose the language in which you want to create you Gmail account,and enter your basic information as shown above,fill all the fields carefully and truly,All the information you enter about yourself will be saved and your whole account will be created on the base of information you provided above.Enter the captcha words shown in the second last row of the page,and press I Agree button to complete the signup procedure.
